At AR Academy, we understand that plans can change. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy is designed to be transparent and fair, ensuring clarity for all students and clients.
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the course start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a 5% administrative fee.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable.
No refunds will be provided for non-attendance or partial attendance.
If you cancel within the first 5 days of course access/start, you may be eligible for a 50% refund.
After 5 days of access/start, no refunds will be issued.
Installment payments must still be completed unless cancellation falls within the eligible refund window.
In rare cases where AR Academy must cancel a course or program:
You will be notified promptly.
You may choose to receive a full refund or transfer your enrollment to another available session at no additional cost.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Registration or enrollment fees (if applicable)
Customized or private training sessions after confirmation
Downloadable materials or digital products once accessed
If you wish to transfer your enrollment to a future course date or another program:
Requests must be made at least 5 days prior to the course start.
Transfers are subject to availability and approval.
