All course fees, subscription plans, and service charges are clearly listed on our website. Prices are quoted in [currency, e.g., AED/USD] and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Full Payment: Courses and programs must be paid in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified.
Installment Plans: For select programs, we offer installment payment options. These must be arranged prior to course commencement and are subject to approval.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept online payments via major credit/debit cards and secure payment gateways.
Occasionally, AR Academy may offer limited-time discounts or promotional pricing. These offers are subject to terms and conditions and cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
Short Courses & Workshops: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the start date may be eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable.
Long-Term Programs: A partial refund may be granted if the student withdraws within the first week of the program. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
Non-Attendance: No refunds or credits will be given for missed sessions or non-attendance.
In the unlikely event that AR Academy must cancel or reschedule a course or session, enrolled students will be notified promptly and offered alternative options or a full refund.
AR Academy reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated clearly and will not affect students already enrolled under previous pricing.
